Common questions
What does the 90-day initial partnership mean?
Marketing takes a quarter to show you anything honest, so the first commitment is three months. After that it is month to month and you can change or stop your plan yourself, from your portal, without asking anyone. Committing six months or longer is worth asking about, because the pricing is different.
Am I charged automatically each month?
Yes. It is a Stripe subscription, so the card is charged on the same date each month and you can see, change or cancel it from the billing page in your portal at any time.
Who approves what goes out?
You do. Everything lands in your workspace first, and nothing publishes until you have said yes. If you would rather approve in batches once a week, that works too.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You add ScaleLounge through each platform's own delegated access, which you can revoke yourself whenever you want. Passwords never change hands.
What if 12 posts is not the right shape for us?
The numbers are a typical month, not a quota to be filled for its own sake. If your audience responds to fewer, longer pieces, the mix moves. What does not move is the monthly value of the work.
Can I move up to Scale later?
Yes, from your portal, and it takes effect immediately with the difference prorated. Moving back down is just as self-serve.
What about funnels, ads and website builds?
Those are specialist projects, quoted separately from the monthly engine so you are never paying a retainer for something that has not been scoped. Scale Partner saves 10% on project work and Executive Partner 20%.
