Client results
Every study here follows the same frame, so you can compare them rather than read marketing. Published only with the client's written permission, using their real numbers.

ScaleLounge is new. The work behind it is not, but a case study needs a named client, real numbers and their permission, and inventing any part of that would make every other number on this site worth less.
To publish the first one, Katie needs six things from a client:
- Permission, in writing, to use their name or an agreed anonymised description
- The starting point. What the number was before, not just after
- The measurement window. Which dates, and how long
- The metric, defined precisely enough that a sceptic could reproduce it
- The business impact. Enquiries, bookings, revenue, or time back
- A quote, in their own words
The standing rule: if a field is missing, the study waits. A case study with a gap in it invites exactly the question you least want a buyer asking.
